The setup fee is a one-time investment paid when we start, regardless of the plan selected. It covers all brand identity work, photography coordination, platform setup, lead magnet creation, and email sequence writing completed in month one. It is never charged again.

Two payments only. The one-time setup fee on the day we start, then the monthly retainer on the 1st of every month for the duration of the selected plan.

All payments are made via bank transfer or ACH. If a monthly payment is not received within 7 calendar days of the due date, services pause until payment is received in full. Full terms are set out in Section 3 of the Service Agreement below.
Contract Terms & Renewal
Exactly how the engagement runs.
Start date
Date of signing
The agreement begins the day both parties sign. The setup fee is due on this date, and the first monthly retainer is due on the 1st of the following month, or immediately if the signing date is on or after the 1st.
Billing cadence
1st of every month
The $5,000 monthly retainer is due on the 1st of each month for the full duration of the selected plan. Payments are by bank transfer or ACH. No credit cards.
Cancellation
30 days notice
After the minimum commitment period ends, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. If the Client cancels before the minimum period ends, all remaining monthly payments for the full term are still due in full.
Paused month
Services stop. Term does not extend.
If payment is more than 7 days late, all services pause until full payment is received. Paused time is not credited, added back, or deducted from the total contract term. The contract end date stays fixed.
Renewal
After the first term
Once the initial commitment is fulfilled, the engagement continues month-to-month on the same terms with the same $5,000 monthly retainer. Either party may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No automatic renewal.

Dr. Farhan’s decades of experience and genuine expertise are his greatest assets. Twelve months gives those assets the time and platform they deserve to work at full capacity.
Service Agreement
Content Ops LLC & Dr. Bilal Farhan

1.
Parties
This Service Agreement is entered into between Content Ops LLC, represented by Grantel Sobga (the Agency), and Dr. Bilal Farhan (the Client).
2.
Services
The Agency agrees to deliver personal brand building and private patient acquisition services as outlined in the selected plan. Monthly deliverables include 16 pieces of content across agreed platforms, weekly LinkedIn profile management and outreach, a monthly performance report delivered by the 5th of the following month, a weekly 30-minute strategy call scheduled in advance, ongoing email nurture sequence management, consistent lead magnet promotion, and all additional deliverables specified in the selected plan. Any services not explicitly listed are outside the scope of this agreement and subject to separate written agreement and additional fees.
3.
Payment Terms
Setup fee of $2,500 due in full when we start via bank transfer or ACH. This fee is non-refundable and charged once only, regardless of plan or extensions. Monthly retainer of $5,000 due on the 1st of each month via bank transfer or ACH. No credit card payments accepted. If payment is not received within 7 calendar days of the due date, all Agency services pause until payment is received in full; paused time is not credited or added to the contract term. All payments are non-refundable once services for that month have commenced.
4.
Contract Term & Minimum Commitment
This agreement commences on the date of signing and runs for the minimum commitment period selected by the Client: 3, 6, or 12 months. After the minimum commitment period either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. If the Client terminates before the minimum commitment period has elapsed, the Client remains liable for all remaining monthly retainer payments within the minimum term.
5.
Results Guarantee
The Agency guarantees consistent delivery of all agreed monthly deliverables throughout the contract term. If content and brand activity does not generate a minimum of three qualified private patient consultation inquiries per month by the end of month three, the Agency will continue delivering all agreed services at no additional monthly retainer charge until this benchmark is achieved. A qualified inquiry is defined as a direct message, contact form submission, or telephone inquiry from an individual expressing interest in booking a private consultation with Dr. Farhan that is directly traceable to a channel managed by the Agency. This guarantee does not extend to the conversion of inquiries into booked consultations or paying patients; conversion is the responsibility of Dr. Farhan and his practice team.
6.
Monthly Approval & Dispute Resolution
At the end of each calendar month the Agency will deliver a performance report detailing all deliverables completed and key metrics. The Client has 7 calendar days from receipt to raise any concerns or disputes in writing. If no written dispute is raised within 7 calendar days, the month is considered approved and the corresponding payment is non-refundable. All disputes must be raised via email. The parties agree to resolve disputes in good faith within 14 calendar days before seeking any external resolution.
7.
No Chargeback Agreement
The Client expressly agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes through any financial institution for services rendered under this agreement. All payment disputes are resolved exclusively through the written dispute resolution process outlined in Section 6. Initiating a chargeback for services rendered constitutes a breach of this agreement and entitles the Agency to pursue recovery of the full amount disputed plus any associated fees.
8.
Intellectual Property
All content created by the Agency under this agreement becomes the property of the Client upon receipt of full payment for the month in which the content was produced. The Agency retains the right to reference the engagement in its professional portfolio with the Client’s prior written consent.
9.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the terms of this agreement and any sensitive business or personal information shared during the engagement strictly confidential. No patient-identifiable information should be shared with the Agency. All case studies will use fully anonymised information approved by the Client in writing before publication. This clause survives the termination of this agreement.
10.
Revisions Policy
Each piece of content includes two rounds of revisions at no additional charge. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of content delivery. Additional revision rounds are available at $150 per hour.
11.
Communication
Primary communication is via email. The Agency commits to responding to all Client emails within 24 hours on business days. Ad hoc calls outside the scheduled weekly call are available at $200 per hour.
12.
Independent Contractor
The Agency operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture. The Agency is solely responsible for all taxes and obligations arising from payments received.
13.
Limitation of Liability
The Agency’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Agency is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost revenue, lost profits, or lost patients.
14.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any legal action arising from this agreement shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Harris County, Texas.
15.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, and agreements whether written or oral. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
